Head Start Celebration
October is recognized throughout the nation as Head Start Awareness Month. In order to kick-off our celebration of this momentous occasion, Rougon Elementary School’s Head Start held its first annual Balloon Launch. The balloons filled the sky with Head Start’s national colors - red, white, and blue!
